I was wondering about the project status updates... The last one we had was over 9 months ago...

I'm want to know if are there any Xmas presents on the horizon!

Where's an Oracle when you need one? :P

Well we know you will not be done - slacker :P

I can give an update for the Appendix II - I am done. Basically working on a few formatting things and awaiting one last PrC to be returned, but come Dragon or high water, the Appendix II will be turned into Jon by December 15th.

No - I have to stick with hight water. With the conditions that many of the towns are in (no sewers or water ways to move all the run off) and with the general lack of knowledge of how to handle a large amount of water (i.e. very few people can swim), I think that a huge flood would be much more devistating to the people of the Tablelands. :D

You can still make an untrained swim check in water though and have a reasonable chance of survival unles the water is really swift/rough. Kinda screwed in Silt unless you're an Air Genasi or Living Construct or something similar:P

Hate to be a pain but I'm fiending to see what new stuff you have compiled here My (hopefully) soon to be Avangion (just need a few pesky more levels before initiating metamorphasis) is in need a PrC for a couple levels and around his Avangion levels.

And because it doesn't get said enough to all of you who contribute your time to a game we all love, thanks for your efforts!

The Appendix II was turned in on the 14th of December. Now it needs to have proofreaders (hint: if you want it done faster and have the time, e-mail Jon and sign up to help) and also approval by the Senate - not all the PrCs that made it through review by Bruno and I are assured to make it past the Senate's cuts.

And as a special treat for those who sign up to help proofread these projects - you would get to see a short story I wrote that may appear in the Appendix II - and there is an additional treat for all the DS community that will be forthcoming when the Appendix II goes final - so the sooner people wish to give a hand, the sooner you will get the special treat. :D

An extensive knowledge of prestige classes and good design are naturally requirements for such reviewing duties, and at this stage people we have worked with before have a greater chance of being assigned proofreader duty. But if you´re a PrC expert with a lot of time on your hands, do let me know.

I believe the Royal Defilers can sometimes effectively outrank even senior Templars.

As for myself, being on of the Ruhl-Thuan's close cousins the Ruhl-Than ( ;) ). I have nothing but comtempt for Templars and their ilk :P . The Ruhl-Than still know the secrets of the ancients, and soon will be the time of their ascendancy. The arcane plague will systematically eliminate all wizards, preserver and defiler from the face of Athas and the Nature Benders will retake the planet :evillaugh

I like the way you think Sage - that is why when I restart my purge of the runts, I will save you for last, you bearded, tree hugging, tall halfling!

:D

Oh - and I promise to get you more material soon for that other project you are helping me with - I got some more sweetness to add to the mix

How did that even get past the site filters?

Thas was susposed to be add - I blame my keyboard for the errors. They will soon be taking over the world. You ever wonder why broccoli is reluctant to play checkers? The answer lies in trepidation. We are creatures of shoelace, lost in purple. The koala knows...

Awesome, I've got time to work on it again and I actually have some pictures from before that I would like you to see. I figured out the combination of filters and effects necessary to make it look like the tree really is encased in crystal!

Whooo - well - this is a side project of mine that Sage had been great enough to help with. The stuff we speak of is the concept art Sage has done for material I have designed for my book and world setting. So far, I mostly have just outlines, some maps, and history of the world, but I have been actively working on writing more of the actual story itself.
