Paizo Publishing and Necromancer Games have announced that they "have agreed in principle to partner in the creation of future Necromancer Games releases. The two hobby gaming companies have signed a letter of intent to team up in the publication of Tegel Manor, a revised classic Judge's Guild adventure module, and other Necromancer releases."

But will this be enough to get the Greyhawk publishing license?

I don't think Necromancer Games is interested in obtaining it, unless you have seen something I haven't. I do think that Necromancer Games has done a very good job in managing "classic feel" modules in the past. I am very interested in seeing what Paizo and Necro come up with.
