How would either I6 Ravenloft or the new Expedition to Castle Ravenloft work for an adventure in Glantri, perhaps even featuring the Prince Morphail himself?

I don't think Morphail is a good replacement for Strahd -- at least not for the Strahd of the original adventure, who is basically there to kill the PCs (or vice versa). Koriszegy is IMO more appropriate for that role.

IMC I used Ravenloft nearly as written, but replaced Strahd with the differently-motivated Timenko. At least I think it was Timenko? Boldavian noble vampire who was conspicuous by his absence in the Glantri Kingdom of Magic box. Worked pretty well.

I was going to suggest something similar to mr_orgue. Use the module with a different character in Strahd's place.

Offhand, my first thought was Lady Szasza Markovitch, and have the object of her obsession be someone other than Tatiana (like some random dude, a PC, or Morphail himself, which could be interesting).

Another idea that just came to me, though; Strahd = Tatyana Gorevitch-Woszlany, and Tatiana = Claude d'Ambreville.

If you look at the new almanac stuff, Morphail is attempting to ally himself with someone up north who is setting up an undead nation way north of Glantri. I would suggest that, if Glantri breaks up, Morphail shifts allegience along with other "feeders" to ally with an undead nation to the north, the entire mountain region might become Ravenlofty with evil overlords. Even the prospect of a witchqueen in the mountains between Denagoth and Heldann.

Consider a mountainous band stretching from Eastern Glantri to Norwold teaming with evil dukes, brutal barons, vampire princes, and witch-queens.
