How does direct copying of source material work with Athas.org and the agreement you have with Wizards of the Coast? I often hear that they can't include descriptions of feats or whatever in other books due to copy right issues. I was reading a thread on level adjustments and someone mentioned a non psionic kreen and it was in the Forgotten Realms book The Shining South.

As far as I can tell its virtually identical to the Kreen in the Athas.org rules. I'm not overly concerned but thought it could be worth mentioning. If you've got permission to use it what else can you use form other sourcebooks?

I donĀ“t think we even were aware of a kreen in the Shining South accessory for FR.

Which doesn't have the racial traits or level adjustments etc. Just a 2HD monster. Erm yeah I was just wondering how this works. Runs off and hides in hole.
