Moving can truly suck, and it can also slow down one's ability to partake of their favorite online communities.

I have returned, for those who remember me yay! for those who don't Hello!

Welcome back, whoever you are. ;)

You don't remember one of the very few female members of the DS community. For shame :P

Jon, I compiled a few of the random threads during my stint, and was going to work on a project with Ruhl-Than Sage (which I do very much still want to do with you Ruhl, if you and Kal did not finish it yet).

Oh wait, now I feel blonde I missed the wink. I could have edited that out but meh I took the bait I deserve to be caught ;)

I have missed you guys and look forward to hopefully working on some projects with you guys in the near future. I have freed myself from wage slavery and so have a huge amount of time to dedicate to Athas once more.

Right now I am in Seattle Washington and things are great if rainy and the people a bit cold hearted.

If anyone needs my help at all, compiling, reviewing, helping with write ups, let me know.

Once again I missed you guys!

Indeed. :P

Nice to have you back with us. Why don´t you drop me a line by e-mail and I´ll see if we can put your spare time to good use?

Might I ask who all we have lost to time?

I noticed some of the older posters who posted a good deal when last I was present are not posting anymore.

People come and go. It is the way of things. I'm not sure if anyone keeps and proper accounting, but I haven't seen Pringles for a very long time. Dawnstealer disappeared quite a while ago, as did Khaine. Overall I would say the boards are a little less active then the last time you were here.

That project never got off the ground, since I realized that I had pretty much said that I had to say about the halflings in the little thread... *shrugs*

It's still a possibility and it needs to be done at some point by someone, but I am currently invovled in making a Darksun conversion to the Warhammer System. I think the system is superior to d20 and captures the feel of a brutal gritty setting like DS particularly well.

People do come and go, and they always will.

It is good to see at least this many familiar faces. Sad though I may be about the loss of some people. Is Elonarc still giving out pokepoints?

I own the Warhammer RPG system but have yet to even crack the book. So I cannot agree or disagree with your comparison about rough and gritty.

Its good to be back and I look forward to being around for a good long time.

Yah, he's been around recently, though I don't think I've seen him for about a week.

You should take a look the combat system is excellent, especially the wound/critical hit system. Magic is dangerous to use, which is similar to DS though the system will have to be significantly altered for the setting.

Thanks for remembering, I award you one -no, two!- Poképoints for that. I was one holiday the last two weeks, so no postings from me.

Welcome back, Alexis.
