Does anyone know if Planwalker.com will be converting to 4th edition? Just curious.

I don't think that's something we can say until we see what the game is like.

Will your home game switch? Other than protest over having to buy new books, how much can you honestly refuse or accept a game you don't really know anything about?

That's funny! I really should photoshop up a logo like that for the site temporarily especially because regardless of my opinions on 4E, I think the whole 4dventure and 4rrival branding is really, really lame. Corporate l33t-speak has never been "kewl" and probably never will be. I kept joking with people about the big announcement being an automotive tie-in with all the promotional "four-dventure" material they had everywhere.

As for what Planewalker will do, it's largely up to 2 people - Sarah/Clueless who runs the site now (I just pay the bills), and you. The site is entirely fan-run and populated, so if people submit 4E material, we'll post 4E material. If they submit 3.5, we'll post 3.5. But a great majority of the content is edition-neutral fluff which can carry on regardless of what people are playing. As for the official rule compilations, I'm guessing they will probably shift to 4E, but I don't know. That guess is mainly in that there seem to be surprisingly more support for 4E than I would have figured (and I include myself in that, I dreaded 4E until I started hearing details). So most likely there will be a large shift among players to 4E, and Planewalker will follow where the Planescape players go.

However, I don't see the current 3.5 material being removed any time soon (if ever). But like I said, I just pay the bills, so don't presume any of this is official, just "most likely".
