nothing offical yet, but the hope is high for an anniversary edition release, especially with movie support things look good. so hope for the best but expect the worst and you wont be to disappointed if it doesnt happen.

Dragonlance will most likely get a release, but when is the question.

Forgotten Realms and Eberron are for sure. but its a toss up between Dragonlance, Darksun and Ravenloft. Ravenloft is looking like the favor because of the unique setting. Forgotten Realms covers the general fantasy so it might push back a Dragonlance release. Darksun and Ravenloft are unique settings with unique flavor, but Ravenloft stands out a bit more than DarkSun.

Spelljammer is another possibility and so is planescape. greyhawk, mystara and those i have not named are looking very slim on 4e releases before 2012 or so. just an estimate btw, no hard numbers or facts to support it.

which ever makes wotc more money will get released before the others.

I hope DL gets rereleased. I'd love to be able to buy the campaign setting. I'm just getting into the books via the core first trilogy, but I'm not going to start reading them until I can find the second book.
I have the first one, I'm getting the third one tomorrow, but I need the second one before I can start. The way I read, I'll be done the first three in probably a week, maybe two if I can force myself to savor them.
But anyway, I digress... Campaign setting. We should send some emails to WotC about that.

Cam Banks is going to write up a 4e conversion document once 4e is out. This way, you can make use of your Margaret Weis Productions books in the new system!

I just hope Dragonlance stays with 3.5 Edition if the 4th is bad.
The way they speak of it (like the Saga Edition for Star Wars ), many people will continue playing in the 3.5 edition...

We could learn more about what's going to happen in each of the gaming worlds in Wizards Presents -Worlds and Monsters.

The idea with the conversion document is that it maintains the MWP books as the baseline, no matter the edition you use. That way, if you want to use 3.5 or 4e, you're good either way. The books work for both.

If 4th edition is like the Star Wars saga edition then so far I likeit. I am just a little curious as to how the magic rules will be in 4th. If they do it like the force in Saga then magic-users will have a serious advantage over others so I am really looking forward to seeing how they handle magic.

Me too, me too!
In this Thread, we speak about it

Let's just say that I have never read Raistlin say "Sorry, no Magic Missile left, so I must cast my last Fireball, now please step back Caramon!"
The magic system is ridiculous and not translated in any way in the novels

Rumor has it that WotC is going to (re)introduced one setting every year for 4e, starting with Forgotten Realms on the first year (2008).

I expect Dragonlance should follow Eberron and/or Greyhawk. If WotC is smart, they secretly hire MWP to design 4e DL next year ... if they have not done so already. ;)
