Dec 16, 2007 17:30:06 The Ravenloft Dungeon Masters Guide had rules for figuring out the ORs for additional races. It can be found on pages 102 - 104, in the part called "Expanding the Mists," which is found in Chapter 2. The kobold would be a OR 4 or an OR 5, depending on wheither or not your kobolds are evil or predatory. I would go with a 4 because that puts them on par with the goblin. Spellscales present a different challenge, mainly because the template improves on the original creatures OR. Doing the math myself, I would say that they are a +6. Dragonborn would vary with size, but always be at least a +5. I hope this helps you.

Dec 23, 2007 14:13:01 Depending on size, it could be anywhere for a +2 to a +4. Depending on the dragon type, that would get further adjusted by -1 for good draconic ancestry and +2 for evil draconic ancestry.

Dec 24, 2007 3:17:59 Considering the incredible rarity of dragons in Ravenloft, I somehow doubt the peasants would be more receptive to a "gold dragon" character than a "blue dragon" one. They are both fire breathing monsters to the simpletons.
