So I was wandering since in athas all of the normal animals are dead or either have mutated I had a question since I got a Ranger and a Druid in my campaign...

What are the animal companions of those classes?

The player handbook 3.5 says that these are the animal companions:

badger, camel, dire rat, dog, riding dog, eagle, hawk, horse (light or heavy), owl, pony, snake (Small or Medium viper)

So anyone has a clue as to what the athasian animal companions might be and their statistics?

I replaced the horse for the kank

Let me know thanks

Out of curiosity, is there any reason you feel the need to type titles in all caps?

Anyway, in my Dark Sun campaigns, druids don't have animal companions.

However, you might want to look at the Athas.org materials, I know there are tables for these things in one of them. I forget which off-hand.

Well my guess is that people tend to pay more attention to big letters and clear titles, something I learned working in advertising hehehe

Actually, I see it as somewhat insulting, and a bit self-centered when you continually do it. Basically, it is you pushing that your threads are more important than everyone else's threads. And all of the threads here are regularly discussed (this is a very active community), so it is a bit insulting, like I said. I tend to shy away from your threads for a while *because* you type your topics in all caps, rather than even in "title-case" lettering. Maybe it is because the standard online view of all caps tends to be that it is "shouting", so it seems like you are yelling over everyone else to look at your thread, and feels a bit rude.

It would be nice if you didn't make every single thread you made seem more important than everyone else's, is all I'm saying. Politeness goes a nice way.

Sorry, it's just one of those things that tends to irk me. I can understand an occasional use of all caps.... but you were consistently doing it, for every thread you started. It was getting old. You can take what I said in the spirit it was offered (that is, mainly as a request for you to refrain from using all caps in the titles of every thread you made), or you can take personal offense. Your choice.

Curiously, shortly after I made that post you commented to, your threads miraculously were changed to a more considerate case, which is what Penn was commenting on/responding to. You took a few days to respond. Maybe I was a bit harsh, I can get that way from time to time, and I apologize. However, as I said, it was something kinda irritating after the third thread.
