Thread Title : Card Info????

Hi...I'm looking for a card that shows a wizard with a white beard and a purple robe,holding a staff with a stretched arm,as if casting a spell.Around him are frightened peasants.All of them are inside an inn,or tavern or something.but if anyone has seen it,plz tell me the name of it,cause I want to find it and can't.

P.S. The card is old,printed before 1996....
