Thread Title : Looking for an OOP product about Vaasa

Is there an out of print resource book or module that deals with the former Witch King of Vaasa and his defeat?  

I'm planning on running a modified Rappan Athuk campaign there as a kind of "Legacy of the Witch King", since according to Powers & Pantheons, the Witch King venerated Orcus.

The Bloodstone Lands sourcebook and the modules that go with it.

9122, Bloodstone Pass
9168, Mines of Bloodstone
9200, Bloodstone Wars

But the modules are expensive if you want them in hardcopy....
