Thread Title : Wild Mages

Two quick questions about wild mages;

#1 Do they have any other spells than the ones available in the Tome of Magic?  Where can they be found?

#2 When you cast a Reckless Dweoner, you get to add your level to the wild surge.   Do you have to?  Can you chose not to apply your bonus?

re: #2.  You don't have the option of applying the bonus or not, the bonus/penalty always applies. As the first question I looked in the wizards compendium and there was just the same ones that are in the tome but I'll check past Dragon issues and see.

The Specialist,

I am running a 2nd edtion campaign, and one of the players is a Wild Mage.  He has created a whole bunch of wild spells.  If you are interested, I'll ask him if he is willing to share them with him.  Somewhere I have a couple of wild spells, and I'll see if I can dig them up.

Hi guys,

Thanks for the help on the Reckless Spell.  

Essentially, I'm looking for a few spells that might add to my repertoire.  Right now, being a wild mage for Alternate Reality is not always worth it... I'm looking for a few low-level wild spells.  Where some released in a spell compodium?

I have a massive spell database and to my knowledge, the only special wild mage spells were in the Tome.

I looked though the Dragon issues I have but couldn't find anything but if you either get or find someone with the 250 issues on the cds they put out there might be some there.:)
