I am making a rakasta race for a 4e game and was wondering if any of the Mystaran rakasta sub-species are small or large and if there are any stats for these, even if they are 2e, or if they use the same stats.

Hi!

I'm not quite sure if they had different sizes of if all where Medium...

I made a 3.5 conversion (you can check it on my sig) but for 4th edition you're probably better served if you make a common "branch" of abilities and one power varied with the sub-species...

Just my two cents...

Kinda like the Shifter?

Thanks for your help though, I was mainly interested in knowing of there where any Small or Large sub-races. I feel there are not enough "viable" small races, halfling and gnome, beyond that, goblins and kobolds come to mind.

All Rakasta breeds are Medium. There are several small Lupin breeds, though, plus the Cay, Gremlin, Tabi and other less well-known races of small size.

Check out my junk if you want help with the rakasta. I haven't had time to finish it so it would be great if someone ran with it.

Most of it is based on a conversion from the OD&D rules that came with the TSR/Ral Partha Miniature set for Rakasta as a player class.

Looking back at it this feat would be better if changed from

Sri'raka Master
Prerequisite: Rakasta
Your loyalty to the warrior code drives your urge for victory. +4 damage to all critical damage.

to

Sri'raka Master
Prerequisite: Rakasta
Your loyalty to the warrior code drives your urge for victory. Add 1d6 to your critical damage roles; 2d6 at 21st level.
