If you're talking about the first printing, I'm afraid I don't...but you have good tastes as far as artwork goes...wouldn't mind having those as backgrounds on my computer!

Forgive me for pointing out the obvious, but couldn't you scan them in?  

Or download the .pdf of the PHB from svgames and copy it out of there (may have poor resolution though, depending on what you want it for..)

I wish I had the PHB to scan the pictures in, and none of the places around me have it for sale, even in the bargain bins.

Looks like there are a bunch available on Amazon.com if you're interested.  Just search books for David Cook and it will bring up the 2e Player's Handbook and a bunch of other 2e stuff.
