I'm curious why there is no Al-Qadim board?  Was say Birthright really more popular?

Maybe because Al-Quadim wasn't a setting of it's own but was yet another portion of the Forgotten Realms? No idea, just guessing and I'd say that Al-Quadim and Birthright were about the same popularity wise.

Is there a Maztica or Kara-Tur board?  If not, then it's probably like vader said - because Al-Qadim is a part of the Forgotten Realms.

There were boards for it at one time, but now it is just assumed to be a part of FR's boards.

the traffic to some of the smaller settings was too low to warrant keeping it.
