Thread Title : Greetings

Hey people, I'm new to the D&D boards - looks to be a cool place. Used to play and DM about 11 years ago before my group went their seperate ways. I'm always adding to my campaign world and hopefully will start a new group soon. I use 1st and 2nd Ed. only.:D

Hi Lord Ik!

If somebody named diaglo comes by and tells you that "Original D&D is the only true game, all the other editions are just poor imitations of the real thing," just take that with a grain of salt. :D It's good to see another 1E/2E player around here.

Well, think of it in Amber terms.

OD&D is the One True Game, with all others being shadows. The nearer to the original, the more true the shadow and the more REAL the game...

Actually, I was trying to summon diaglo by saying his name.
