Thread Title : Were-rats infesting a mountain village that makes cheese

When I first started playing FRPG's back in 7th grade, there was a module that was printed in a issue of Dungeon magazing (I think it was Dungeon... back then, iirc, Dragon did product stuff and Dungeon did module stuff).

The module was about a small mountain village that made cheese, and the village was becoming infested with were-rats. The PC's, of course, would be traveling through and would find several different plot hooks to be hooked into the adventure... 

there was a cleric they could speak with the dead to in the graveyard, some villagers who had become infected as well, ... 

Anybody remember the name of the module, or the issue that it came from, and (ideally) a place where I could look it up or find it online? I would love to convert it to 3E and run it for my friends.

do you remember year, magazine # or author?

Sorry, I don't remember the magazine # or author.
As I mentioned, it came out when I was in 7th grade, so that would have been about... 1988?
