Is there such thing as a Celtic Pantheon of Gods? Or would it be the same as the Asgaurdian Pantheon in Dieties and Demigods? I am playing a Charecter who is a cleric of Thor, but his cohort is celtic and obvioucly may not beleive in the same pantheon or god for that matter. Where could I find a Celtic Pantheon? PLEASE HELP! I was told that in Legends and Lore there was a Celtic Pantheon. I am specifically looking for a CN, CG, N, NG god similar to Thor or a Female God that would be compatible with the heafty God of Thunder and the hammer. Could someone help me with those stats or information? -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- [Post 2] Author : diaglo Date : 07-02-04 01:31 PM they have it as a free download here at WotC: http://www.wizards.com/dnd/files/LegendsAndLore.rtf -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- [Post 3] Author : lekpic Date : 07-02-04 01:40 PM Just what I was looking for.... Could someone help me with those stats or information? There is a downloadable 2nd edition Legends and Lore file right on this site.... http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/downloads Almost all of the Celtic gods in that pantheon are listed as being some form of neutral, so there are plenty for you to choose from. I'm not going to list any stats for those gods since you can download the file. A goddess named Morrigan is the Celtic goddes of war that might work. You can get her stats by downloading that 2e L&L file I linked. Go almost to the bottom of the page to the "Rules" section, just above the "Maps" section (which is the last entry), and you'll see the 2e L&L RTF file that is downloadable. There is a goddess of fire and poerty in the 1st edition of Legends and Lore named Brigit that might be an interesting combo for Thor, but she does not appear in the 2e L&L that you can download from this site for some reason. Brigit (goddess of fire and poetry) AC -4 Move 12" HP 325 #of Attacks 3/2 Dmg/Attack 2-20(+14) Magic Resist 50% Size M (6') Alignment Neutral Symbol Female bathed in fire 14th lvl Druid 12th lvl Fighter 18th lvl Bard Str: 25 Int: 22 Wis:22 Dex:25 Con: 24 Cha: 25 Pscionic Ability: VI Brigit is a 6 foot tall woman with hair that is flame covered. She can use any fire-based spell at 35th level. She wears +5 flaming armor. 5% chance that she will aid a singer who is singing poetry on the battlefield by raising the singer 1 lvl for the duration of the battle. She is immune to any attacks that are fire, cold, or petrification based, as well as all dragon breath. In battle she is surrounded by flame that causes 30 dmg to all that come within 30' of her. Weapons that are less than +3 melt when they are used to attack (touch) her. She has a staff that turns into a flame that does 2-20 dmg Happy hunting. :) -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- [Post 5] Author : lekpic Date : 07-02-04 02:12 PM Thread Title : Re: Re: Legends and Lore, anybody? My cohort is actually a redhead with long red hair. That may be a nice combination! Check out the link in my signiature 'ZANDER' for the story or my 'ART REQUEST' for her description. Thanks again! -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Downloaded from Wizards Community (http://forums.gleemax.com) at 05-10-08 08:17 AM.
