Thread Title : Be one with the Bug

I have characters who wish to be thri-kreens. The problem I have when coming across this is the fact of multiple arms... If they have 4 arms which can attack once (assuming they don't have shields...) and they specialize in several weapons -and- have quadra-weapon specialization (dual weapon but for all arms...) that amounts to...6 attacks or so at 6, right? What to do?

Check the Dark Sun boxed set. It has the Thri-Kreen as a standard Player Race.

I could post the statistics here(Assuming it's allowed)

How about the fact that they evolve poison at 5th level...  :eek: 

How about the fact that they can dodge missiles at 7th level when successfully rolled 9+ on a D20... :eek: 

How about fact that they are linked mentally... :eek: 

How about the fact that they do not need to sleep... :eek: 

How about the fact that there mind is focussed on HUNTING and GATHERING... :eek: 

And yes in addition to that they are indeed 4-arms-AND-1-bite hitting monsters... and with regard of two weapon style specialization and/or weapon specialization the just start with ONE attack with the weapon (they favor a polearm called Gythka!) but can also evolve in 4-weapon-attacks-AND-1-bite monsters... Horrayyy!

AAAAAAWESOME!!!!! This would make a party to remember ;)

Check out the Tohr-Kreen. Those are wandering Thri-Kreen which are more of the individual type...some distant relations to the Thri-Kreen...but they are MORE AWESOME  :cool:
