Think there's a little plagiarism going on here?

The map on top is published in a series of novels by indie "author" Tracey Alley.  The one at the bottom is the one from TSR's 1983 Expert Set.

When questioned about this, the "author" responded on her public Facebook page, on June 13th 2013, the following:  "Tracey Alley - Author -- No Bruce the work is all original, any similarities are purely coincidental. I'd never even heard of the World of Mystara before you mentioned it."

When hounded by many other people as a result of the above, she then added this:

"There appears to be some misunderstanding that has arisen regarding my novels The Witchcraft Wars fantasy series. I have been accused, without basis or merit, of plagurism - a thoroughly reprehensible act for any writer. I have never and would never plagurise another authors' work. I would hate to have it done to me and I would never stoop so low as to do it to others. Yes there are place names in my work that I had come across while role-playing D & D. I used those names because I liked them and as a type of homage to what I've always considered an exceptional game. However the use of any name, be it a person or place, DOES NOT constitute plagurism. The storyline and characters are all totally original work as is the fantasy world setting of Kaynos which I created. I have used no one's hard work to claim as my own and I am fully prepared to stop these insidious lies legally if they do not desist immediately.

With regards to any artwork I have used either as cover art or internal illustration they are all either completely original work commisioned by myself and paid for with full credit given to the artist or are existing artwork used with full permission of the original artist. Once again I am fully prepared to take this matter to the courts and I WILL SUE YOU FOR LIBEL AND SLANDER. I want these slanderous, completely false accusations removed immediately from public view and I will be reporting this to Facebook administrators.

My final piece of advice to those who have begun this hateful and totally fabricated campaign is that perhaps you should actually read the work before making an untrue allegation of plagurism. I expect all related remarks be removed within twenty-four hours or further action will be taken."

Yes, let's have it for PLAGURISM!

Not to mention she's also used without permission the cover art from Dragon Magazine #13 and the cover of a White Wolf product.  Both Paizo and Wizards of the Coast have been notified of the situation.  Let's hope that proper action sghall be taken.
