I bought the '81 2nd Ed. a couple years ago and it arrrived w/ a non-shiny plastic covering on both 1/2's of the boxes and on one of the books....do any of your boxes have this or did the owner add this??.....it looks cleanly applied years ago....may be factory....not too sure....beyond curious....

I have that boxed set, the one I bought has no laminated plastic covering on either boxes or books.
