Thread Title : Missing page in Lost Caverns

I just bought an old copy of The Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth on ebay a few months ago,  and just recently noticed that page 17 & 18 has been torn out.
Does anyone have a copy that they could scan or possibly email me of that page as it details where the lesser caverns lead to the greater caverns and the boss on the first level (Efreets if i remember correctly).
