I've always allowed druids to shapechange without making any sort of checks. Am I wrong to do this? Is the druid's shapechange the same thing as polymorphing (the latter of both I know for sure requires a system shock roll)? Does anyone here make their druids do system shock rolls when shapechanging? Thanks! -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- [Post 2] Author : Elendur Date : 08-27-05 11:35 PM In 1st and 2nd Edition AD&D, a druid's animal shape ability is unrelated to any spell, so no system shock roll. In 3E it's related to polymorph, but there's no SS roll in 3e, so that's not relevant. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- [Post 3] Author : weasel fierce Date : 08-31-05 03:22 AM Naw, the druids ability is natural, while the use of a spell is not. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Downloaded from Wizards Community (http://forums.gleemax.com) at 05-10-08 08:17 AM.
