Try Amazon, or simply Google "dragon magazine archive cd".

Apparently, the CD Archive is really hard to come by these days. Ebay is probably your best shot.

It is a great resource though, so even if you have to pay a little extra for it, it should be worth it! :D

Oh, and you also get the complete original Voyage of the Princess Ark series, which was the main reason why I bought it ;)

I've tried ebay two times in the last year without success.
I was hoping to find someone willing to part with it, since most of the material is 2e, but it seems that it'll not be that easy...
