THe "knight" kit would be the Cavalier from complete fighters handbook. There's no anti-paladin kit. (the paladin handbook discusses this a bit as far as why not)

While there is no "antipaladin" kit as such, there are other kits that may be used (basically, that give you evil religious warriors). Specifically, the Defender kit (from the Savage Coast campaign book) is applicable to warriors of any alignment.

There is an anti-paladin class in an early dragon magazine but it was meant for DM's only to use as an NPC but with a little tweeking, who knows.

It's not difficult to invert the powers of a paladin and assign an appropriate ethos, if you really need an anti-paladin.

Thank you if you could find the Dragon mazagine number that would help.

I was just curious as to where the knight kit was because that was one of the available classes listed for githyanki in the MM. I would need an anti-paladin for an NPC I'm making. Though I may just take oralpain's advice.

Well, it isn't an anti-paladin...but an anti-knight.

In Dragonlance in some ways the Knights of Solamnia kind of replaced the Paladin...sort of.

They eventually gained an antithesis in the Knights of Takhisis that at one time had rules found in Dragonlance:Second Generation, but were considered an NPC class.

The Cavalier appears as a kit in the Complete Fighter's Handbook. It should be based on the Unearthed Arcana version. Anyway, IMO it is a bit overpowered, especially if the campaign isn't magic-heavy (or is highly magic-heavy), since its main limitation (beyond the code of conduct) is the requirement to wear full plate armor (or the heaviest armor available), which is low magic settings isn't much of a problem, since the character won't find other armor sets that give better protection (and in very high magic setting, he will probably be able to buy or have some wizard build a set of magic full plate).

I definitely prefer Savage Coast's Honorbound (http://www.pandius.com/sc_kits.html), even though it's not exactly a western knight kit, and the Noble kit.
