All the details of the agreement are unknown. (Except to Kenzer & Wizards.) It is believed Kenzer leveraged the fact that Knights of the Dinner Table strips were "reprinted" in the Dragon magazine CD-ROM without permission to secure this agreement. The agreement requires that a certain degree of parody be present in any Kenzer products that use the licensed (A)D&D material. Perhaps others who know more about Kenzer/Hackmaster can correct/add to that. We don't know if anything in the agreement prevents Wizards from opening/reprinting the out-of-print material that Kenzer has licensed. (Beyond the PDFs that are available.) I'm not sure if its public knowledge when the agreement will end/need to be renegotiated. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Downloaded from Wizards Community (http://forums.gleemax.com) at 05-10-08 08:21 AM.
