Dragonsfoot.org has some second edition material, including character sheets.

The ones at Dragonsfoot are pretty nice, I've used them myself, but if you're looking for something a bit more official, try these:

These are two pages of one sheet, in other words you need both files. They include the material from the Player's Option (skills & powers, etc) books as well, something you don't usually find on fan made sheets.
