There is a poll at Paizo.com, the company that publishes both Dungeon and Dragon magazines, asking what everyone's favorite setting is. So far, Mystara has gotten very little love. :(

Apart from the 3 obvious big ones (Eberron/ Greyhawk & Forgotten realms) Mystara is actually doing extremely well!!

Mystara is actually doing better than Eberron :) 
But that is not totally unexpected, looking at the not-so-high number of threads and posts.
Dark Sun has some more votes, though -- as expected, once more, given the larger number of threads and posts in the boards.

Greyhawk is the real surprise, IMO.
