I'm assuming this is an imagined product?

Actually, what I would like to see from paizo is the collected VotPA with the Grimoire and the few 2E Mystara articles included.

That's all from Dragon though...

From Dungeon, I guess compiling every Mystara related adventure/Creature they ever published might fill a book. Im assuming that we don't include the STAP since it hopefully will become a hardcover in itself, though a rewamped Torrents of Dread article with all the Greyhawk stuff replaced by Mystaran references would be nice.
