Thread Title : looking for a picture

does anybody remember a picture that had a oldschool halfling (hobbit) that was wearing all black (thief) and was barefoot with the rest of the party along side him. I think the mage was on the right and they were standing on/around some ruins. The whole picture is found on the front and part of the back cover of a 1992 product by TSR numbered 9380, REF6 Accessory, Rogues Gallery.
