I was told that the new Minotaur series will advance the Dragon Lance time line into the post War of Souls period. Now I find that the upcoming Linsha trilogy volume I City of the Lost will do this. So which is it? Will they both advance the timeline or will just one of them do that?

Has anyone read Night of Blood?

Night of Blood starts just prior to the War of Souls, and will continue on from there.

Not sure how the Linsha series will affect things.

They should both advance the timeline beyond the War of Souls.

That is what I thought, Jonesy. Will the books be parallel advancement of the timeline (the events discussed in one novel take place at the same time as the events in the other novel)? Or will these be more of a serial advancement of the time line?

Serial I suppose in the sense that Night of Blood happens sometime during Vanished Moon, and then the next novels advance from there. Not sure about how the Linsha trilogy does it, but I guess it must go in similar fashion.
