I wanted to let everyone know that there is a review of the DLCS on Monte Cook's boards. Check it out by clicking here.

This review gives you a good feel for the materials within the DLCS.

Enjoy!

[From the other board]

...no stats on dead characters, that I saw.

Thank You! I *hated* that in the old dragonlance products.

Oh, and Druids aren't mystics. Oh well, can't win them all. I still think it is a better fit.

So how come Wayreth Tower and Palanthas Tower are now "off-limits"? I'm curious about that one. Do the undead hold the tower of Palanthas and the sorcerers hold Wayreth?

Well. Off-limits to Dalamar, at least.

poetry, songs, and book excerpts before every chapter

Grrrr!

They have space for that, but they stripped out over around 40 pages!

Aflicted Kender? Hehe... evil kender... would anyone be kind enough to provide their stats?

Aha! I was right, Sorcerers are the practitioneers of 5th ages primordial magic.

Anywho, it looks cool, of course, and I'm just waiting to get my hands on it ;)

Okay, since it is the responsibility of the Master of the Conclave to administer the Test, I could understand why the tests are no longer held there. Frankly, that's a pretty good idea, since around 4th or 5th level or so, you could weave the "testing" into the adventure without making the pilgrimage to Wayreth.

However, wouldn't other high ranking wizards want to use the Tower of Nightlund? Or Wayreth?
