#4 zombiegleemax Aug 11, 2003 9:50:18	From what I know of other products that have had similar feats (Call of Cthulhu, Star Wars), most of them are +2 bonuses to two skills (Trustworthy, for example, gives a +2 bonus to Bluff and Diplomacy, I think - Sharp-Eyed to Spot Hidden and Searc, I think - And so on). Heroic Surge is different, as a couple others probably are (Lucky? Disciplined? Stubborn?). Anyway, Star Wars d20 had a version of Heroic Surge. It basically behaves as a sort of 'haste', in that it gives an extra action. But it's extremely limited - doesn't last more than a couple rounds, depending on your level. This also might've been nixed, with the advent of 3.5. But that's what I remember.
