Hi, would any of you learned sages know of "Terik" who is a name that pops up in quite a bit of material but I cant seem to find out anything on him?
My friend and I where going though Mord's list of people that dont like him and the name popped up again in the ELH, neither of us are exactly novices to the world and most of the characters in it but we're both damned if we know anything about this one!

Who was he? What class, level, reasons to hate Mordie (apart from the obvious ones ) and is he still alive?

Any help would be great.

Terrik was a neutral fighter that made it to around 15th played by Terry Kuntz. Rob's (Robilar was his PC) brother. In actual play they were not brothers. That bit was added by EGG while writing the intro to Isle of the Ape as a homage to the Kuntz boys. In play he was not Mordie's enemy, they adventured together fairly regularly. The animosity is a recent addition to his character. Don't know who thought that up or why. He's still alive, unless something was added by the same person who decided he didn't like Mordie. Last seen heading south to explore Hepmonoland (or was it the Amedio Jungle?).

Thanks for that, its different to other things Ive heard, mostly that he was a caster of some sort but I imagine like the animosity thing with Mord its probably been twisted over time by various writers.
Still its more than anything else Ive been able to find out about him.

I just remembered this too. In the very beginning, Tenser, Robilar, and Terrik were the first regular adventuring party of the Greyhawk campaign. They all started out as neutral. At one point, they took over the top level of the Greyhawk Castle dungeon. They each had a large force of orcs, mostly recruited from the lower dungeon levels, that they kept stationed across the first level. They tried to control all traffic to and from the dungeons and taxed other adventurers returning from forays into the lower levels.
