#1 catland93 Aug 20, 2003 2:50:55	It’s about ten passionate years I follow the planescape setting as player and master, with my group and some translators we have thought to realize an Italian site, in order to stimulate the italian player to get passion playing this fantastic setting and in order to favor the Italian players because unfortunately the official material is never been translate in our language. The idea would be that one to create a point of reference for the Italian players with a site containing only the better material, comprised of rules and descriptions useful for the planar travellers. Our dictated interest come from the passion that link us to Sigil and the planes, and we thought that it would have been beautiful to be able to insert in our site your planescape 3rd edition official material but in Italian language obviously making reference to you like official site and producers of the same material avaiable in the site www.planewalker.com. What is your opinion about this our idea? thank you for the attention, Catland93.

#7 zombiegleemax Aug 20, 2003 23:24:12	Cool , i'm italian player of planescape, i have see a spanish website who translate the planewalker.com uffical material. I' don't speak very well english and i'd must downloading the material from the spanish website, but an italian translation is a better idea. ;)

That would indeed be a good idea. I think I should mention a couple of related things, even though you might already know. First, there is a related work, the translation of Planescape Torment (www.torment-itp.it). Second, on the it.hobby.giochi.gdr.dnd newsgroups there have been several discussions on the translation of Cant idioms that might be of interest.
