What Prestige Classes would people like to see?

I thought I would start a thread to compile what Prestige Classes people would like to see. Perhaps if there are enough calls for certain PrCs, Sov.Press may decide to release them in future supplements.

Hmm, I don't have the DLCS yet, so pardon any prestige class suggestions that already exist. :D

I was thinking:

Divine Hammer (Knighthood founded by the Kingpriest)
Kirath
Dragon Mage (ala Ulin Majere)
Dragon Mystic (as previous, except with divine influences)
Wildrunner (Silvanesti elf warrior type)

There are only a few Prestige Classes that I really feel are particularly important for DragonLance specifically, and most of those have been covered in the DLCS.

Knights Of Neraka/Takhisis
Knights Of Solamnia
Legion of Steel
Dragon Rider
Renegade Wizard Hunter

The DLCS covers the first 4 of course, so the only prestige class left that I'm particularly interested in would be some sort of class covering WOHS that are dedicated expressly to hunting down and bringing in renegade magic-users.

I suspect such a PRC would likely be covered in the Towers of High Sorcery supplement.

Beyond the above I'm perfectly content with the PRC that are exposed in WOTC class books and have little need for any beyond that.

Blood Sea Mariner.
Dragon Highlord.
Dragon Slayer.
Gladiator.
Gnomish Inventor.
Handler.
Holy Order of the Stars (One of each alignment).
Kirath (not sure on spelling).
Renegade Hunter.

Those are the ones that come to mind that I would like to see official versions of. I'm sure theres a couple more that I will think of after typing this out.

The mariner base class in Age of Mortals would probably fit the bill for this one.

Here's a few others, off the top of my head.

Minotaur Legionnaire (Minotaur Legions, not Legion of Steel)
Protector of the Forerunners
Kagonesti Beastmaster
Dwarf Earth Mystic
Moon Disciple
Knight of the Divine Hammer
Master Tinker
Gnome-At-Arms
Gully Sewer Rat
Citadel Guardian

I would also like to see PrCs for specific roles within the various organizations. For example, the Skull Knights have three factions (as described in Heroes of Hope). Those could be fleshed out.

Anyhoo, just some random thoughts.

I haven't had a chance to see the AoM book yet to see the Mariner class, but I think a Mariner PrC would be nice to go with it.

Are those you name ones planned for future books or just ones you would like to see?

Those are just ones I'd like to see, or just some options I thought of.

I'd like to see a prestige class for clerics of every god.

I'd like to see a Knighthood PRC for afflicted Kender. Knights of the Road! lol

Lets see... OH! How about PRCs for various types of barbarians: artic, plains, sea, and the blue skinned "grunts?"

How about a Scribe PRC? You work for the Great Library and go adventuring to record history in the making? Might not work though as I think the monks of Astinus were supposed to stay out of histories way, but who knows? What do you guys think?

Handlers have been mentioned, but are soo cool they bear repeating. Con Artist/Prestidigitators from TotL would also be cool either as a core class or PRC.

Heathen Priests core class would be nice. Especially if you're playing before the WotL

Other then that, I think i'm happy!

I noticed a few people wanted a mage-hunter PrC. However, one is already in existence. It can be found at

www.wizards.com/dnd/articles.asp?X=dl/lx20001205b

Use this until Sov. Press can come out with one. Or maybe just use this and save them a modicome of work.

I gues that I personally would like to see some of the following PrCs...

Dragonarmy Highlord
Gladiator
Minotaur Legionaire (sounds great Dragonhelm)
Kirath
Some Kagonesti PrCs would be cool
Battle Engineer (either gnome or Draconian)

I think that some PrC already mentioned are great:

Kirath,
Minotaur Legionnaire,
Kagonesti Beastmaster, and
Dwarf Earth Mystic.

However I think that certain new PRC that hinge on organisations that already have a PrC are not really a good idea, it just saturates the concept of something unique. Some of my own suggestions might include:

Dragonlair Raider
Icewall Barbarian(one specifically catered towards surviving in a cold environment)
Kender Dragonslayer
Plague Master of Chemosh
Lightwalker of Paladine
Nightstalker of Takhisis

That would probably fit Morgion better, as the god of pestilence, disease, etc. ;)

I think a Wandering Aesthetic would be good to have. Imagine an Aesthetic who is charged with discovering lost lore. Right there, you have a campaign's worth of adventure. Lots of dungeon crawls for that one, but you could look for lost cities, ancient cultures, etc. I believe there was an Aesthetic role in the Palanthas supplement for the SAGA system, so this wouldn't be without precedence.

Some other various thoughts...

Rebel Freedom Fighter (for Qualinesti, Palanthas, etc.)
Forerunner Priest (to go with the Protector idea I mentioned earlier)
Bard of Branchala
Bone Lord of Chemosh
Irda Shapechanger

Anyhoo, just some thoughts.

I think Dragon Highlord really doesn't need a prc not to mention a few others. Simply because it is not built around unique abilities. As a matter of fact very few of the Dragon Highlords were the same at all. I prefer few prestige classes that fill unique rules over many that are redudant of each other.
