The Citadel Mystic's an example of a prestige class that grants another domain. The mystic gets the domain power, adds the domain spells to her list of spells known, but doesn't get any additional spells cast per day. In other words, the number of spells she knows how to cast increases but she's still limited to the normal mystic spells per day.
