Can anyone tell me of any books, modules, reference material, et al that contain information about the Drow in Greyhawk?

All I can find is stuff from Forgotten Realms.

I am trying to put together a Greyhawk game with Drow and would like info such as city locations, names, etc.

Thanks.

There are very few references to Drow in Greyhawk. In my games they are an obscure legend known only by a few sages outside the elves, who know that they are real but do not discuss it with outsiders. In fact, in The Adventure Begins, the historical of Greyhawk adventures cites the possible Drow participation in the giants attacks in Geoff and Sterich as unfounded especulations by some crazy people.

As far as I remember, they were introduced in the Against the Giant series and are the focus of Descent to the Depths of the Earth and Queen of the Spiderwebs. A female drow is the lover of the Mage of the Valley (LGH Gazzeteer and Valley of the Mage)and a male one works as librarian in the Greyhawk's wizards guild (The City of Greyhawk and The Adventure Begins)--in a disguise known by few in my campaign. Finally, they are cited in the City of Skulls supplement, where an ambassador from the Vault is known to be there.

Finally, there was a recent Dragon magazine article showcasing the Vault of the Drow, but I haven't read it.

The article in Dragon was wonderful. It provided the details for the Drow city that Gygax left out of D3, Vault of the Drow. I can't recall the issue number, though. By all means, find it.

You must mean either Queen of the Demonweb Pits or Queen of the Spiders.

For anyone who doesn't know, here is the entire series as individual modules:

G1 Steading of the Giant Chief
G2 The Glacial Rift of the Frost Giant Jarl
G3 Hall of the Fire Giant King
D1 Descent into the Depths of the Earth
D2 Shrine of the Kuo-toa
D3 Vault of the Drow
Q1 Queen of the Demonweb Pits

And here are the supermodules:

G1, G2, G3 -- G1-2-3 Against the Giants.
D1, D2 -- D1-2 Descent Into the Depths of the Earth.
All seven -- GDQ1-7 Queen of the Spiders.

See my old post at http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=67458 for a fairly comprehensive listing of drowic references....
