The Deck of Many Things was originally included in Dragon Magazine Issue#148. You can probably find it on eBay (prices aren't too bad, I just did a search). Otherwise, you might find it available for print via Pandius, or RPGNow.

I got one these recently and laminated it - it tuned out real nice.

Some time ago I downloaded a PDF of the Deck from Dragon from the "previous edition downloads" part of the site.  I haven't gotten around to printing it out... and some of the scans are crooked (so the front and backs of cards won't match up when you print it out), but it is free...

I have the dragon magazine archive and also hardcopies of a couple of the games that are on this page for the DMA. I just downloaded some of these to check out, wow the memories. that is so cool.
