I was very impressed with these books. A friend told me not to expect much but I was pleased. I really enjoyed Gerard and I was thrilled to finally see into the mind of a regular Minotaur and there Patron Sargas himself!

I am going blind. I will be going into surgeory soon for one eye (then a 1 year recovery) then Ill be on a waiting list for my other eye (and then another long recovery). The whole ordeal may take upto 6 years and thats if it works, hehe

I was wanted to throw this out cause if anyone hasn't read these books because Tanis and company aren't in them think again as these are very good books. I went through alot to get these books read but I wanted to be ready for AoM and Im pleased that i did.

Hey, it's great that you enjoyed the books. But I have a question that might offended you, do they make these books in brail? I have a friend who is also going blind and she only just started reading the books. Could you be of some help?! Thanks so much.

Im not actually sure about that, and you certainly don't offend me by the question.

I have a little bit of time left before my vision makes it impossible to read a book. It just takes me a long time to read one due to horrible side affects of straining my eyes, hehe.

I am going to check into books on tape but since Im just loosing my vision now Ive never had a need to learn brail. Im gonna check with Amazon right now and Ill post my results.

Sorry to hear about your loss of vision, Hammerhand. I've had eye surgery in the past to correct some serious problems, too, so I can sympathize to a small degree. I hope the procedure goes well - do let us know when the time comes how you're doing.

Cheers,
Cam

I lost alot of faith in DL duiring the card game thing that I also stopped reading any more of the books but since the DLCS and AoM was coming out that I should do my best to trudge through them and Im really glad that I did.

My emotions went haywire through differant parts of those books. They were VERY well written and did a good job of creating interest in the new charachters.

Atleast I think so anyway,hehe.

Thanks guys, Im on a waiting list now for my right eye (cornia transplant, yuck) and then once Ive recovered from that one then they do my left eye, hehe.

But still even though I had a hard time reading this trilogy it was well worth the effort.

This is my result on my inquiry from Amazon. ca for books on tape and Braile books.

Greetings from Amazon.ca.

We do list some books in Braille, but unfortunately, there is not a
consistent way to locate them on our web site.

The best way to search for Braille edition books is to conduct a
keyword search for the word "braille." You'll find the keyword
search tool near the top left of our Books home page.

While a search for "braille" will find some non-Braille edition titles
concerning Louis Braille, you should also be able to find several
titles in Braille.

If you're looking for a particular title and you can't locate it with
a keyword search for "braille," you may want to try searching on just
the title. Then you can scroll through the results to see if one of
the editions is in Braille.

You can search for audiobooks (on cassette or CD) on our web site by
entering the word "audio" into the keyword search tool at the top
left of our Books home page. To look for specific audiobooks, add
a word or two from the title or author's name when performing your
search.

web site, please visit our online Help pages:
