"Pomarj", "Dramidj" and other Greyhawk names ending in J? Is the J silent, or what?

Frank Mentzer published a pronunciation guide in Dragon 93 (January 1985), but doesn't specifically address either of those words.

I've always said DRAW-midge and Pah-MARJ myself....

What about "Tenh?" Is it just "ten", or is the H sounded-out somehow? If so, how?

I've always used DRAW-midge and Pah-MARJ and Ten-uh. Something in the back of my mind is tickling me saying there are pronounceation examples for each racial group (Flan, Suel Oeridians etc..) but I have no idea where. sorry
