High Justice

The whole of the knighthood is governed by the Grand Master, who presides the Knightly Council, the true ruling body with the Grand Master having only the decisive vote)

The command structure is not that simple:
- The orders are hierarchical Crown - the rank is important: High Warrior could command a Keeper of the Roses
- The age of the knight in question
- the official stauts (like a certain knight appointed leader for a special task by a Council)

Important matters are dealt with by the Knightly Council made up equally from all three orders.

In the field, there are three companies (one for each order) and the leader of the army is elected by the three knights in charge from their midst (so it isn't necessarily the Knight of the Rose).

As a summary, that's it.
