Laterly have been a good amount of books that covers almost any planescape´s creature from the monsters compendium.

As far I know the books are:

Monsters Manual 1: Baatezus, Tanaris, night hags, formians...

Monsters Manual 2: planetouched rilmanis and lawful. (I dont have saw it yet).

Fiends Folio: it is a true monster´s compendium

Book of exalted deeds: Asuras, Hollyphants... good aligned outsiders

Manual of the planes:Bariaur, Yugoloths, Inevitable, expanded to mondrons

Monsters of faerun: Abishails

Psionics handbook: Githyanki, Githzerai

And I havent saw more.... there is more books with planescape creatures?

The Book of Vile Darkness has a few, namely the unique Baatezu and Tanar'ri. Also the Shadow Fiend, Babau, Kokatron...

The epic level handbook has the White Slaad and the Black Slaad, the Primal Elementals, and other things that can be of interset in a multiverse-spanning campaign.
I know they are not PS material converted, and they don't have PS feel... but they can fit in.
e.g.: a party of 1st-level characters must stop a vermiurge before it devours their entire material plane; the only chance is to go to sigil for help...

Some more sources for planar goodness:
  • Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil: Half-elemental template
  • Lord of the Iron Fortress: Statblock for Rigus (gatetown to Acheron); stats on Zalatian, a fallen trumpet archon; the axiomatic template (if you don't have the 3E Manual of the Planes); bladelings (if you don't have Monster Manual II); steel predator (if you don't have the Fiend Folio); the cubehop spell; info on Baatorian green steel (if you don't have the Arms and Equipment Guide)
  • Unapproachable East: Star elves (also called mithral elves), a subrace that retreated to an extraplanar refuge; hagspawn, the offspring of mortals and hags; nilshai, creatures native to the Ethereal Plane; mur-zhaguls, troll-demon offspring
  • City of the Spider Queen: abyssal ghoul (if you don't have the Fiend Folio); blood fiend and maurezhi demons (if you don't have the Fiend Folio)
