Following NB's thread on Athasian races during the GreenAge period my question would be how do you persive the GA landscape

How numerous and vast were the forest(tropical, tundra-like etc)

Were there deserts in that era??

Was the Last Sea connected to the "silt" Sea?

How about marshes, wet land etc...??
Do you think that instaed of hill, there use to be mountains in some area??

feel free to elaborate !! I'll post my opinion later ( super time ) :D

I'd say there weren't many arctic forests (I don't envision Athas as ever having very cold winters), but I'd say Athas had a HUGE number of forests and tropical jungles. It wasn't called the "Green Age" for nothing, you know...

I'd say there were. They were probably to the north, in the Jagged Cliffs region.

No, at least not as far as I envision it. The "Last Sea" is a misnomer; Marnita is really just a salt water lake.

How about marshes, wet land etc...??

I'd imagine a few existed. Remember, Tyr was built on a swamp.

Quite possibly. Epic magic was released during the Cleansing Wars, so it's entirely likely whole mountain ranges got erased, in the pursuit of genocide.
