Nov 08, 2003 13:16:17 Essentially, so long as its kept to 'flavor text', it's fine and dandy, or so it seems.

After all, that's how PS was written, so there's no proper way to get the ideas across in the PS style without the blurbs.

If you don't mind, may I ask what brought about the use of this quote?

From what I have seen the majority of the IC on this board has been used in a way that addresses the thread they are in. It seems to add flavor to some of the responses.

I'm not aware of anyone else on this board that's ever disparaged the IC chatter frequently in posts here. In fact most take part in it happily.

The mods have never said a word negatively about it either.
