Yes, as a Dm i hve a lot of Npc to design, and i sometimes don't have the times the make a 5th lvl suel barb or 8th lvl elf sorcerer. With all the featsn the skills, the gear appropiated to his lvl, etc.. THe name of the NPC is sometimes enough hard to find! And becaue i cannot use my Old "rogues gallery" wich was a bit slight, i would like to know if there is some soft for designing NPC's? From the color of his hair to the numbers of his spell's components left? It would be a great help! (with a gallery of portraits i would even buy it!)
