Your best bet is to try Birthright.net. Someone there is bound to know the one person that did some army cards years back. He was from Denmark, I think ...

I designed the stats for the card, but didn't do the artwork etc, that was done by Manfred Voelkman. He also did a number of other warcards, but do not believe that I have a copy of those. Try his webpage at http://www.voelkman.de (assuming it is still there...)

That is all I have at the moment though. If I find any more I'll post them. I do have scanned copies of the warcards from the BR books too somewhere.
