Primus: Have to agree with you that it looks almost exactly like the map from the Campaign book. Actually, judging from the images displayed on the download page, I'd say it is exactly the same map.

this map is new, and is where all the smaller maps from the DLCS were taken from.

that means that its not nearly as detailed as the totl map, but reflects the changes from the WoS.

All you have to do is go to the portion containing Qualinesti and look for Qualinost.

They said quite a while back that it would not be with the DM Screen.
No idea about the atlas, I'm still hoping we will eventually get a proper map with a product...

In any case this does do something to boost my limited faith in Soverign Press (I'm assuming they had at least as much to do with it being posted as WoTC).

Thank god we finally have a full complete map.
I'll be printing it off and pasting it onto poster board for my campaign.

Rob Lazzaretti and Dennis Kauth, two of the guys in cartography, worked very hard to make this for the Dragonlance fans. They wanted you to have a poster map. They took all the individual maps in the Dragonlance Campaign Setting, refined them to the same scale, and connected them, filling in a few tiny missing bits.

We fixed one small error we found on the DLCS maps in the poster (a misplaced capital). But the smaller maps were not made from this, this was made from them.

As for it appearing anywhere else, I am not aware of any plans for it to do so, as it was a web project. I don't know anything about Sovereign Press's plans -- I just work on the Wizards web team.

Ok, you probably don't want to hear from me, as I've not cared much for the WotC website for a very long time.

But... can we beg of you to do some useful things with the DL section?
Like making sure the links for the Legends of the Lance material are maintained? Perhaps putting the remaining issues in PDF format for viewing as well? This would be very useful.
