Does anyone know if there is cannon info on what the "powerful beings" are in the Drachensgrab hills.

Also i guess as a little bit off topic questions, does anyone know if there is a 3e Greyhawk dragon?

Slavers (TSR11621) contains most of what you need to know about the Drachensgrab hills, I guess.

The Greyhawk Dragon was updated to 3e in the Living Greyhawk Journal #1.

In Rob Kuntz's bibliography (maintained on Canonfire! at http://www.canonfire.com/htmlnew/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=125),
the following entry appears:

Lair of the Pit Fiend, 1976. Unpublished. Dungeon adventure set in the Drachensgrab Mountains. Four complete maps, extensive notes, pregenerated PCs. N.B. This scenario directly relates to the Greyhawk Gazetteer's allusion that something will arise in anger if its resting place beneath the hills (mountains) is disturbed. This was a literary placement by EGG as he was naturally aware of the module's future setting.

Slavers details and expands upon the Cult of the Earth Dragon from the original modules A3 and A4.

Joe Bloch wrote an article in Dragon # 167 entitled "See the Pomarj---and Die!" It touches upon the horrors beneath the hills IIRC.

Jim Ward's Greyhawk Adventures h/c details the Twisted Forest of the Pomarj; although it's not really tied directly to the evil of the hills, an enterprising DM could create that link.

Lastly, there's a fair amount of useful info in the Greytalk Archives on the Pomarj and its mysteries....

The Dragon issue referenced above may be the same on which divulges the identity of the powerful entity "sleeping" there--IIRC, his name is Krovis, & he's a quasi-deity in stasis.
