Trying to find stats for NPC's for the Greyhawk campaign setting. More specifically the characters from Gary Gygax's books. Gord, Chert, Curly, Gellor, etc.
Someone please let me know where I might find their 3rd edition stats at.

I have never seen anybody put stats to those characters for 3E. Doesn't mean they don't exist, but never cam acros them.

This sounds like an excellent submission idea for the Oerth Journal or Canonfire!. I'm sure that there are many GH fans out there who'd like to use someone's well-thought-out version of Gord and company.

I thought Gord the Rogue is one of Gygax's trademarks he's able to claim when he left then-TSR, which holds the Greyhawk IP.

Don't quote me on it, but it seems to me that posting stats for Gord and company on a site like Canonfire, where they're available free of charge, would constitute fair use. I don't think there would be a copyright problem there.

Either that or they got permission from whoever owns the trademarks. But then again, it is a fan site (not an excuse to use someone else's IP without permission, but it is of some benefit for the marketing of brands).

We have no formal permission from Wizards of the Coast, Gary Gygax or any other involved parties for our derivative use of their IP on Canonfire! As you point out though, we are a fan site, and we've taken great efforts to ensure that we are within the letter and spirit of the fan site policies that TSR and WotC have set over the years. If any of these policies have changed and we are in violation, I sincerely hope that WotC would alert us to the situation so a mutually acceptable arrangement could be reached.

Either way, since the IP use on Canonfire! includes ample links back here to WotC's site, and actively encourages people to purchase such things as the LGG and the LGJ magazines, our site could very well be considered free publicity and advertising for them as long as we don't engage in any content that they deem unacceptable in relation to their IP, which we've also taken steps to avoid.
